Terms and Conditions of Use – 3191bet Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the platform 3191bet, accessible at 3191bet.best ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of 3191bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each product.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use 3191bet's services. Continued use of the platform after updates to these rules are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

To use the services of 3191bet, you must create an individual account, which is free and non-transferable. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number.

Only one account is permitted one account per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is expressly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts linked to the same document, with bonus balances cancelled and real balances returned in accordance with the applicable refund terms.

3191bet may at any time request identity verification from the account holder (KYC — Know Your Customer process). Documentation — such as a photo of a national ID, driver's license, or passport, along with proof of address — may be required before releasing withdrawals above a certain amount or in risk situations identified by the security system. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary account suspension.

Pix deposits are credited to the account instantly after payment confirmation by the banking system — the process takes seconds, 24 hours a day, including on national holidays. Boleto bancário deposits are subject to standard bank processing times of up to 3 business days. Credit and debit card deposits are processed in real time, subject to approval by the card issuer.

• Only payment methods linked to the account holder will be accepted for deposits.

Withdrawals at 3191bet are processed preferably via Pix, with a processing time of up to 15 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The Pix key used for the withdrawal must be linked to the same CPF registered on the 3191bet account.

Your real balance (from deposits and actual winnings) can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus rollover progress. The bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement (rollover) has been fully met within the timeframe set by the promotion.

The bonus is credited automatically once the package is selected and the deposit is confirmed. Each CPF holder may claim the welcome bonus only once.

The rollover — the wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn — varies depending on the package selected:

• Sports Package: 5x rollover on the bonus amount received, on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 days.
• Universal Package: 8x rollover on the bonus amount, on any product available on the platform, within 30 days.
• Casino Package: 10x rollover on the bonus amount, applicable to Live Casino, slots, and crash games only, within 30 days.

Your real-money balance remains available for withdrawal at any time — the rollover requirement applies exclusively to the bonus balance. If the 30-day period expires without the rollover being fully met, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically cancelled, with no impact on your real-money balance.

Market availability may vary by event.

A bet is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by the system and appears in the user's bet history. The 3191bet reserves the right to refuse or void bets in the event of odds errors, technical failures, or incorrect event information. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the account balance.

• Bets placed after the official start of a match — even if due to a system error — will be voided and the amount returned.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets are voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live (in-play) betting is accepted subject to real-time odds availability. 3191bet may suspend live markets at any time.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to be confirmed for payout. A voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stay valid.

Any real balance available in the account will be returned to the account holder's primary payment method after identity verification and confirmation that there are no pending withdrawals or open bets.

3191bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or court order.
• Finding that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Extended inactivity as defined by the current inactive accounts policy.
